Running out of diesel in a truck is not just a matter of pouring in a few litres: the system has to be bled before the engine will start again. We do that on the spot, with the fuel and the tools needed.

The same goes for AdBlue. If the tank has run dry, the vehicle drops into reduced power mode and you will not get any further. We refill it and, if needed, check the SCR system and any warnings left in the ECU.

And if you have put the wrong fuel in, do not start the engine. Call us first. Draining the tank in time keeps it to a scare; once the fuel reaches the injection system, the bill changes considerably.
