This website exists to provide information about the roadside assistance, fast mechanics, tyre and breakdown repair services that ZAC TRUCK provides across the provinces of Alicante and Valencia, and to make it easy to get in touch.

Access is free and requires no registration. Requesting a service by phone, WhatsApp or the forms does not in itself constitute a contract: each job is agreed with the customer, with a quote given beforehand.

ZAC TRUCK provides repair and on-site assistance. It does not provide towing or vehicle recovery. Where a breakdown cannot be solved on the spot, the customer is told so and pointed towards a third-party recovery service, which implies neither intermediation nor any liability for that service.

Users agree to make appropriate use of the site and not to use it for unlawful purposes, in ways that harm the rights of third parties, or in ways that could damage, disable or overload the website.

Zacaria Chouta Mouatassim reserves the right to modify the content, structure and access conditions of the site at any time, and to suspend availability temporarily for technical reasons.

The text, design, logo, images and code of this site belong to Zacaria Chouta Mouatassim or are used with the corresponding authorisation, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited, except for legally permitted uses.

Zacaria Chouta Mouatassim is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the site, from occasional unavailability for technical reasons, or for the content of third-party sites reachable through links.

Published information about arrival times and service scope is indicative and depends on the location of the vehicle, traffic conditions and availability at the time.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts designated by the applicable legislation.
