A breakdown does not give notice. It can catch you on a Sunday night on the hard shoulder of the AP-7, or at six on a Tuesday morning while loading in an industrial estate. That is why the ZAC TRUCK phone is live 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and it is answered directly by the mechanic who will come out to you.

When you call, the first thing we do is work out what is wrong with the vehicle. Often it is solved over the phone. If not, we head out with the mobile workshop loaded and give you a realistic arrival time: we would rather say forty minutes and keep to it than promise fifteen and leave you waiting.
